Because each item from H & T Cousin Co is one of a kind & made especially for you, returns are not accepted. Each item is made to order. We are unable to replace/refund purchases based on color and font selections, so please make sure to be very specific and make the correct selections when ordering. If you aren't sure about a color combination, don't hesitate to ask. Reach out to us with any questions. We will do our best to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order.
